The active pharmaceutical ingredients used in our medications — semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide — are pharmaceutical-grade, sourced from suppliers that meet USP (United States Pharmacopeia) standards for identity, purity, and potency. Each batch undergoes in-house quality testing at the compounding pharmacy.

We do not use semaglutide sodium or semaglutide acetate — unapproved salt forms that the FDA has flagged as problematic in some compounded products. All semaglutide compounded through our pharmacy partners uses the same base free-acid or appropriate salt form used in clinical development.
